I am just recently returned from a year long trek on my bicycle around the USA.  That journey was precipitated by renting my home for that year to Matt and Chantal, a couple in their early thirties.  Matt and I had become friends when he became my first roomshare from January of xxxx thru May of xxxx.  
 
My home is a three bedroom located in the gaslite district of Clifton within walking distance of the Esquire theatre on Ludlow and the U.C. campus.  I am willing to roomshare with more than one person and would actually like to rent each of the two remaining bedroom spaces.  The roomshare rate is $625 per month with no additional charge for utilities, internet/wifi, and laundrey facilities.   There is one full bath on the second floor with the bedrooms and a half bath in the basement with the laundrey.  Bedrooms are furnished and the rest of the house is available for all to use.  I have a great three season back deck off the kitchen.  I renovated the first floor a couple years ago and the kitchen is a nicely equipped space(gourmet style appliances) with granite counters, cherry cabinets and tile floor.  It is open into the dining room which has an arched opening into the living room which is adjacent to an entry hall at the front door.  There is a beautiful rookwood fireplace in the living room.  As noted before, heating and air conditioning is included in the monthly roomshare rate..  Parking is easily available on the street.  The lease is a month to month lease which allows a lot of flexibility for roomshares.  Will not share with smokers even if they promise to smoke outside.
